Eucharistic Adoration
The Importance of Spiritual Communion
The Eucharist is the Bread of Life This is the Jesus who waits for you in the Blessed Sacrament. He is the Bread of Life. He has endless grace, peace and consolation for you . You don't have to ask . You don't have to talk, you don't even have to pray. If you give Him some time, you will be overwhelmed with peace. You will leave knowing that you have an amazing love in your heart. Start small, get to know what it feels like. Soon you will be in a relationship with Jesus. It's like meeting someone and recognizing that you have everything in common. You'll find yourself feeling like you've known Him forever.

Eventually, you'll miss Him on the days you can't spend time with His Eucharistic Presence. When you are there, you'll stay longer, you'll feel better. Your family will become His family. Your worries will become His worries, time spent with Him will melt them all away. His strength will become your strength, His wisdom will become your wisdom. His forgiving heart will become your forgiving heart, and before you realize it, His Will becomes your will.

The Eucharist is not a dead thing or a symbol. It is the living God, who loves us so much that He offers Himself as the Bread of Life in order that we may be completely transformed and empowered here and now, to be living a new kind of life.
I am the bread of life...the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever; the bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world. (John 6:48,51)

...Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life. (John 6:54)
